Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute and complete projects in accordance with established deadlines and within allocated budgets.

• Ensure delivery of all elements outlined in the CDW Statement of Work.

• Communicate project timelines to stakeholders effectively.

• Assist in resource coordination and make necessary scheduling adjustments.

• Document and monitor project issues while providing support for their resolution.

• Oversee procurement and delivery timelines for equipment, software, licensing, and services.

• Raise risks and issues to management as required.

• Coordinate team efforts to achieve project success criteria.

• Facilitate meetings and document subsequent action items.

• Foster consensus among project teams.

• Identify potential opportunities and relay them to account teams.

• Manage projects related to product or service offerings for clients from initiation to installation.

• Collaborate with sales, consultants, and cross-functional teams to facilitate project delivery.

• Support schedules and budgets to guarantee successful project outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience is required.

• Familiarity with formal project management methodologies.

• Understanding of core-level technologies.

• Experience in Infrastructure Project Management is advantageous.

• Knowledge of cost, timeline, and resource planning is beneficial.

• A customer-focused approach is a plus.

• Willingness to work weekends or off-hours is an advantage.

• Strong communication and presentation skills are beneficial.

• Ability to handle sensitive information is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are advantageous.
