Associate Project Engineer – Tooling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the creation and tracking of the IMS Schedule.

• Manage project RAILs to ensure actions are completed.

• Assess productivity levels and drive improvements in processes.

• Research and implement compliant alternatives for source control parts.

• Manage updates and approvals of drawings in the PLM tool.

• Oversee and report on project schedules, budgets, and priorities.

• Consult with subject matter experts when necessary.

• Provide project status updates during regular internal and external meetings, covering project status, assumptions, required information, and overall program health.

• Collaborate as a team member in a technical project environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficient with tooling, monitoring tool life, risk analysis, and tool surveillance.

• Alternative experience in casting and forging may be considered.

• Highly skilled in the MS Office Suite.

• Experience in process and productivity enhancements.

• Capable of managing end-to-end accountability for part transitions.

• Familiarity with or interest in the aerospace industry is preferred.

• Experience with EWI/Rich Client is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Teamcenter and SAP is valued.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong business management and development capabilities.

• Ability to convey technical information in a clear and straightforward manner.

• Must thrive as a team member in a technical project setting.

• Must be self-driven and capable of innovative thinking.

• U.S. citizenship is required.
