Associate Programmer Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, troubleshoot, implement, and document fundamental programs.

• Aid in modifying company products and internal/customer systems to satisfy client and end-user requirements.

• Investigate and evaluate existing systems and program specifications.

• Create documentation for modifications made to current programs.

• Conduct data analysis for both internal and external project requirements.

• Design fundamental programs for projects and enhancements.

• Draft specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity.

• Assist in troubleshooting routine production support issues.

• Execute unit tests by preparing test data, conducting tests, and analyzing results.

• Develop screen tests and resolve issues.

• Formulate test plans to validate the logic of newly developed or modified programs.

• Generate basic documentation, including program code documentation.

• Engage in standard quality assurance tasks such as peer reviews.

• Explore industry technical trends and advancements to stay updated with skills and industry standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior experience or up to one year of experience in programming or testing.

• Experience in a student employment program or similar relevant experience.

• Familiarity with relevant programming languages, operating systems, and software.

• Experience with relational database systems.

• Basic programming capabilities.

• Proficiency in personal computer and business solutions software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for program design, development, and testing.

• Effective interpersonal skills for team collaboration.

• Strong communication skills to work efficiently with team members, support staff, and clients.

• Openness to working a flexible schedule to meet business demands and travel as needed.

• Video cameras are required during all interviews and the first week of orientation.

• Must reside within the United States.
