This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee programs, client accounts, budgets, and business analysis for designated brands.
• Collect and document business requirements while communicating changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders.
• Manage client program budgets and suggest strategies to control program expenses.
• Act as the primary business relationship manager, fostering day-to-day client interactions.
• Conduct client meetings via phone, Webex, and in-person; deliver program updates and presentations.
• Acquire expertise in the therapeutic classes and competitive products of assigned brands.
• Create and implement innovative solutions aligned with brand strategy, objectives, and the competitive landscape.
• Evaluate program KPIs and formulate data-driven recommendations.
• Assist clients in understanding internal requirements and processes.
• Manage and coordinate relationships with third-party vendors, including agencies, SPPs, HUBs, service providers, and data/analytics teams.
• Cultivate relationships across internal functional areas and lead internal project stakeholders.
• Serve as both an internal and external subject matter expert.
• Mentor and train Associate Program Managers as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree focused on business, accounting, marketing, healthcare, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Three to four (3-4) years of experience in project or program management.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a highly collaborative team.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, and OneNote.
• Organized and detail-oriented, possessing effective time management skills.
• Experience in budget management and/or financial accounting.
• Proactive and able to anticipate needs.
• Willingness to travel locally and out-of-town, up to 10%.
• Proficiency in typing at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy is preferred.
• Graduate degree and/or additional certifications, such as PMP, are preferred.
