Associate Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee territory caseworker assignments

• Manage assigned projects

• Ensure compliance with protocols, case-file documentation, database accuracy, and phone-call etiquette

• Engage in client consultations and collaborative sessions with the manager or in their absence

• Assess training requirements and conduct refresher training as necessary

• Collaborate with the manager in the recruitment and training of new staff

• Identify necessary modifications to program databases, protocols, and processes

• Handle daily and ongoing communications regarding client projects

• Offer support and backup for the manager

• Prepare reports for clients

• Report all Adverse Events to the designated units/departments

• Execute other duties and responsibilities as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent qualifications in a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors (or similar)

• RN/RPN license is a plus

• Bilingual (French/English) is considered an advantage

• Experience in project management is beneficial

• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution sector

• Strong business acumen and financial insight

• Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities

• Proficient in internal and external communication, and possess interpersonal and leadership skills

• Effective organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail

• Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks

• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities

• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility in adapting to change and eagerness to acquire new skills

• Outstanding presentation skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, and PowerPoint

• Ability to interact daily with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients, or cross-functional colleagues
