Associate Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain client relationships by establishing trust and providing exceptional customer service.

• Oversee and coordinate all components of programs, including site visits, hotel sourcing, room blocks, creative aspects, production, travel, onsite management, vendor collaborations, and staffing.

• Ensure adherence to operational processes and procedures, meeting or surpassing program deadlines.

• Develop solutions and suggest attendee experience technologies for assigned programs.

• Offer ongoing, clear direction and communication to clients, team members, and vendor partners.

• Create and manage program budgets while aligning with client budget requirements.

• Maintain data on cost savings and avoidance to enhance program value.

• Deliver final reconciliations within the specified client timelines.

• Provide post-program evaluation insights and comprehensive trip reports.

• Willingness to travel 35% or more for site visits and onsite program execution.

• Proven experience in registration and attendee management platforms.

• Tech-savvy communicator, project manager, and collaborator.
