This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development of product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Parse Biosciences’ product lineup and new product ventures.
• Design and coordinate multi-channel marketing materials, including product collateral, presentations, web content, email campaigns, sales enablement resources, and customer-facing tools.
• Customize messaging and content according to customer segments, applications, and stages of the buyer journey.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders on product launches, campaigns, and commercial efforts.
• Collect customer, market, and competitive insights to guide messaging, content creation, and product marketing initiatives.
• Aid in the development and refinement of customer personas, segmentation, customer journeys, and key messaging strategies.
• Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of product marketing collateral and supporting documents.
• Work in conjunction with Brand, Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, and other marketing departments on campaigns and materials.
• Partner with Sales and customer-facing teams to create tools and content that enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure that product messaging and marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned across various channels.
• Remain updated on single-cell genomics, Parse Biosciences’ technologies and products, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Assist with additional product marketing projects and initiatives as the business and product portfolio expand.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or a similar field; a scientific background is highly preferred.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in product marketing, marketing, product management, customer/application support, or a related role within life sciences, biotechnology, genomics, or a comparable industry.
• A keen interest in developing expertise in product marketing and conveying complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging customer communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with scientific and technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects and priorities while adhering to deadlines.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work efficiently across various teams and functions.
• A curiosity and willingness to learn about customers, markets, products, and emerging scientific technologies.
• Experience with genomics, next-generation sequencing, or single-cell technologies is preferred but not mandatory.
• A reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace are required.
