📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights into business needs, customer challenges, and potential product opportunities.

• Convert business requirements into precise product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and necessary documentation.

• Work in close partnership with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to facilitate successful product launches.

• Engage in product discovery sessions, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements.

• Aid in prioritizing product enhancements and improvements based on customer feedback and business value.

• Examine customer feedback, product usage metrics, and market trends to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Support product launches by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity in requirements.

• Keep abreast of technological advancements and leverage AI tools, including those based on LLM, to enhance productivity, research, analysis, and product development processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, product ownership, or a comparable role in a technology/software product setting.

• Familiarity with complex software products and experience collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams.

• Capability to gather, analyze, and convert business requirements into clear product specifications.

• Experience in working alongside engineers, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and product management practices.

• A self-motivated individual who can independently handle responsibilities while collaborating effectively within the broader team.
