Associate Product Manager – Over-the-Road Visibility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product outcomes across various Over-the-Road modes: Truckload, LTL, Parcel, or Last Mile.

• Monitor and evaluate adoption, engagement, and retention key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Detect friction points and gaps in adoption through usage data analysis, customer interviews, and feedback from Customer Success and Sales teams.

• Create and prioritize a backlog aimed at enhancing customer loyalty.

• Offer prioritization suggestions to assist in roadmap planning.

• Utilize SQL to analyze feature usage, track performance, and understand customer behavior.

• Leverage AI coding tools such as Claude and Cursor for building prototypes, internal tools, and conducting quick analyses.

• Engage with product analytics platforms like Pendo and manage adoption dashboards.

• Transform quantitative insights into product hypotheses and actionable backlog items.

• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams on instrumentation and event tracking.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and participate in onboarding calls, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and support escalations.

• Highlight systemic product gaps and recurring issues with Customer Success Managers.

• Advocate for the customer perspective during planning and sprint reviews.

• Work alongside Engineering and Design throughout scoping, development, and post-launch evaluation.

• Assist Product Marketing with onboarding documents, release notes, and adoption playbooks.

• Contribute to presales discussions and the gathering of market requirements.

• Independently manage an OTR visibility product area and deliver customer-facing improvements from start to finish.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate Product Manager: 2–4 years of experience in product management or a related field.

• Product Manager: 5+ years, with end-to-end ownership of a product area and a proven history of delivering measurable business impact.

• Hands-on experience in supply chain or logistics.

• Knowledge of shipper challenges, carrier dynamics, and daily freight operations.

• Proficient in SQL and comfortable working directly with data.

• Familiarity with analytics tools and the capability to independently craft a data-driven narrative.

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools beyond document drafting, including the development of prototypes, scripts, and internal tools.

• Ability to showcase a project created using AI tools.

• Experience in conducting discovery calls and writing user stories.

• Skill in translating qualitative feedback into clear requirements.

• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams across different time zones.

• Ability to work with substantial overlap with US Central Time.

• Preferred: Experience with two or more of the following: truckload, LTL, parcel, and last mile.

• Preferred: Previous involvement with SaaS onboarding processes, feature adoption initiatives, or customer health scoring systems.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Pendo, Amplitude, or similar product analytics platforms.

• Preferred: Understanding of agile development and direct collaboration with engineering teams.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, economics, or another quantitative discipline.
