Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, onboarding, and support teams to facilitate go-to-market strategies, develop training materials, and monitor feature adoption after launch.

• Organize and lead discussions between integration partners and engineering teams while overseeing new integrations.

• Gather and structure qualitative feedback from clinics, pet parents, and internal stakeholders, identifying patterns and themes to guide product decisions.

• Create and maintain product requirement documents, user stories, release notes, and internal process guides.

• Track product performance dashboards, identify anomalies, and compile regular reports to assist product managers in monitoring key metrics.

• Aid in managing sprint planning logistics, backlog refinement, and communication across teams.

• Support quality assurance testing, document bugs and edge cases, and assist in defining acceptance criteria with product and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Over 1 year of experience in product operations, business operations, project coordination, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in working with data, including experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic analytics tools.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple workstreams and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• A strong interest in technology and a desire to comprehend the development and usage of software products.
