Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor product data volume, identify gaps, anomalies, and emerging issues.

• Ensure accurate source-of-truth documentation and reconcile records with agreed-upon decisions.

• Maintain changelogs for both internal and customer-facing documentation following releases.

• Intake, replicate, clarify, and follow up on bug reports and UI feedback from operations.

• Conduct quality assurance engineering work against acceptance criteria prior to release.

• Maintain ticket hygiene, project statuses, and ensure board accuracy.

• Highlight stale or blocked tasks to the Staff Product Manager.

• Analyze logs, dashboards, and observability tools such as Datadog.

• Report to the Staff Product Manager and collaborate with engineers, operations, data, and partner-facing colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a setting with significant stakes and standards, such as a substantial internship, first job with ownership, support, QA, operations, coordination, or analytics experience.

• A curious mindset with the ability to investigate discrepancies while escalating when necessary.

• Capability to comprehend workflows end-to-end and identify edge cases.

• Proficient in determining project requirements, stakeholders, and completion criteria.

• Strong creative problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working with technical systems, dashboards, specifications, and logs; coding or a technical degree is not mandatory.

• Excellent written communication and documentation practices.

• Dependability in a completely remote team environment.

• Availability to work within US time zones.

• Willingness to travel approximately every 6–8 weeks for collaborative work opportunities.

• Previous experience in project management, a degree, specific major, and technical background are not essential.
