Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the advancement of the AI Gateway in collaboration with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Marketing teams.

• Grasp the challenges, requirements, and anticipations of clients and potential customers.

• Recognize and prioritize opportunities for product improvements aligned with organizational objectives.

• Conduct exploratory sessions with UX and Engineering, organizing data and transforming insights into actionable decisions.

• Draft business specifications, requirements, and implementation risks within user stories.

• Organize and uphold a prioritized backlog.

• Validate outputs from the development team, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.

• Track product metrics, encompassing feature and initiative usage, adoption rates, and overall success.

• Manage requests from various departments, oversee release communications, and maintain product documentation.

• Set expectations and prioritize requests from Sales, Support, Marketing, and other departments.

• Develop and convey the product roadmap along with updates on delivery.

• Articulate the product vision and strategy to both the development team and key stakeholders.

• Assist in defining strategy, objectives, and Key Results.

• Support go-to-market initiatives and provide enablement for Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams concerning product updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Familiarity with product discovery methodologies.

• Understanding of Agile practices.

• Proficient in creating user stories.

• Capability to gather business requirements and structure a backlog.

• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions related to APIs, authentication, authorization, and integration.

• Programming knowledge is not mandatory.

• Proficiency in English for reading and writing purposes.

• Previous experience or a solid background in Engineering, Data, UX, Support, Customer Success, or Consulting is advantageous.

• Willingness to work remotely.
