Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Submit your application for consideration across various Product sectors, including banking, taxation, client data management, and wealth management.

• Spearhead high-profile projects and assume complete product ownership within your designated domain.

• Collaborate with software engineers, designers, and domain specialists to define, develop, and launch features.

• Conduct user research and assess relevant metrics.

• Establish backlogs and craft precise user stories and specifications.

• Coordinate with operations, legal, risk, compliance, and finance stakeholders.

• Convert business requirements into user-friendly digital solutions.

• Monitor key performance indicators post-launch.

• Refine and enhance customer outcomes.

• Engage in interviews, a domain-specific online test assignment, and an onsite evaluation day.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Initial experience gained through relevant internships, working student roles, or entry-level positions in product management, consulting, operations, or a rapidly growing startup.

• Ideally, experience in fintech, banking, or complex environments.

• Practical experience with contemporary agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

• Understanding of user story development and rapid prototyping.

• Clear and effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Capability to bridge technical, operational, and business discussions among engineers, stakeholders, and executives.

• Solution-focused and proactive mindset.

• Strong sense of ownership and meticulous attention to detail.

• High resilience and the ability to navigate uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong adaptability and a continuous desire to learn.

• Authentic enthusiasm for digital products, technology, and investing/finance.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
