Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Director of Product Management.

• Conduct customer interviews targeting the ideal customer profile to identify pain points and validate product assumptions.

• Integrate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product briefs.

• Assist in defining and prioritizing initiatives across key product areas.

• Draft feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.

• Manage defined work streams from start to finish, monitoring progress, highlighting obstacles, and aligning stakeholders.

• Drive features from research to release, including preparations for launch and release communications.

• Maintain and share the Now/Next/Later roadmap with internal teams and customers.

• Create materials for leadership updates, conference presentations, and external product communications.

• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure that new features are successfully adopted by existing customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a product role or a related field (such as analyst, engineering, design, data, or customer-facing roles) with a strong desire to transition into product management.

• Familiarity with commercial real estate, property management, or asset management workflows.

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to transform vague ideas into clear specifications and concise narratives.

• Highly organized and systematic, ensuring that all details are tracked so nothing is overlooked.

• A genuine interest in AI and its impact on knowledge work and enterprise software.

• Experience with document-heavy or data extraction products is preferred.

• Experience with Yardi or MRI is a significant advantage!

• Familiarity with AI/LLM products or agentic pipelines is preferred.

• Proven experience in conducting customer interviews and translating insights into product decisions is preferred.

• Must have authorization to work in the US.
