This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Monitor and evaluate feature adoption, engagement, and retention metrics for OTR and core visibility products.
• Detect friction points and adoption deficiencies using usage data, customer interviews, and feedback loops with Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Create and prioritize a backlog of focused product enhancements that yield measurable improvements in customer retention.
• Assist in roadmap planning in collaboration with senior PMs, offering well-founded prioritization recommendations.
• Engage directly with product analytics tools (Pendo, Mixpanel) and write SQL queries to investigate feature usage and customer behavior independently.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports that monitor adoption trends across various customer segments.
• Convert quantitative insights into clear product hypotheses and actionable backlog items.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to enhance instrumentation and event tracking.
• Take part in customer onboarding calls, QBRs, support escalations, and discovery sessions to gain an in-depth understanding of shipper workflows.
• Work alongside Customer Success Managers to identify systemic product issues and recurring challenges.
• Advocate for the customer's voice in internal planning and sprint review sessions.
• Partner with Engineering and Design throughout scoping, development, and post-launch evaluation.
• Assist Product Marketing with onboarding materials, release notes, and adoption playbooks.
• Participate in presales discussions and market requirement gathering with Solutions teams.
• Over 3 years of experience developing extensive knowledge in a particular supply chain or logistics area (e.g., truckload, last-mile, ocean freight).
• Hands-on experience specifically in truckload transportation, freight visibility, or carrier/shipper operations.
• Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams across different time zones.
• Proficiency in handling data: SQL expertise, familiarity with analytics tools, and the ability to construct a data-driven narrative independently.
• Strong skills in customer engagement — you've conducted discovery calls, crafted user stories, and can translate qualitative feedback into precise requirements.
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to enhance PM workflows — synthesizing research, drafting PRDs, and generating insights rapidly.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, economics, or a quantitative field.
