Associate Partner – Business Process Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create solutions driven by processes that yield measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their business needs, challenges, and opportunities.

• Integrate processes with technology to design, develop, and implement tailored solutions.

• Evaluate existing business processes to pinpoint bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for incremental enhancements.

• Suggest modifications to processes, new technologies, and organizational adjustments to boost efficiency, cut costs, and improve business performance.

• Formulate a comprehensive strategic vision and ensure alignment of new business processes with it.

• Oversee sales procedures beyond routine procurement activities.

• Cultivate robust customer relationships and achieve stakeholder consensus on proposed solutions.

• Work in conjunction with clients, project managers, technical teams, consultants, architects, and subject matter experts.

• Address intricate business transformation challenges through technological solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in a variety of business processes: PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc.

• Relevant process certifications (Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL or equivalent).

• Strong business acumen and extensive knowledge of advanced business practices.

• Proficiency in value chain mapping.

• Exceptional ability to influence, collaborate, and establish relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in process mining, simulation, and business process modeling and notation (preferred).

• Proven leadership abilities in executive communication and presenting business cases to support enterprise-wide business needs (preferred).

• Capability to collaborate with clients, project managers, technical teams, and cross-functional technical subject matter experts.

• If assigned to work at a client, customer, or partner site, may be required to provide proof of vaccination as per their policies.
