Associate Partner – Business Process Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create process-oriented solutions that yield quantifiable results for customers.

• Recognize and comprehend customers’ business requirements, obstacles, and potential opportunities.

• Integrate processes with technology to design, create, and implement tailored solutions.

• Evaluate existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Suggest modifications to processes, technologies, and organizational structures to enhance efficiency, decrease costs, and boost business performance.

• Formulate a comprehensive strategic vision and ensure alignment of new business processes with it.

• Oversee sales processes beyond routine procurement activities.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with customers, project managers, technical teams, consultants, architects, and subject matter experts.

• Address intricate challenges in business transformation through technological solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in various business processes: PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc.

• Certification in process methodologies such as Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL, or an equivalent.

• Strong business acumen and in-depth understanding of advanced business practices.

• Proficiency in value chain mapping.

• Exceptional capability to influence, collaborate, and establish relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Preferred experience in process mining, simulation, and business process modeling and notation.

• Proven leadership abilities in executive communication and the presentation of business cases are preferred.
