Associate Network Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the recruitment and contracting process for providers to ensure effective coverage within the designated territory.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of products, contracting terminology, and negotiation techniques.

• Engage in small to mid-sized contract negotiations with physicians and physician groups.

• Establish and sustain relationships with healthcare providers.

• Aid in complex contracting activities involving hospitals and physicians.

• Travel throughout the assigned territory, which may include overnight stays.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of experience in managed care operations with a focus on independent tasks.

• Capability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

• Proficient in PC usage, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot is preferred.

• Experience with spreadsheets, claims data, and analysis of market trends is preferred.
