Associate Marketing Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish and structure projects within the project management platform

• Delegate and monitor tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups on pending items

• Address prioritization conflicts while keeping project information and timelines accurate

• Guarantee successful project finalization and closure

• Manage campaigns from inception to completion, facilitating cross-functional collaboration

• Align all stakeholders on campaign strategy, objectives, deliverables, and timelines

• Ensure that campaign plans, materials, messaging, and outputs are consistent with the overarching campaign strategy and goals

• Monitor and analyze campaign results and performance metrics

• Spot potential opportunities and provide suggestions for upcoming campaigns

• Utilize insights from previous campaigns to enhance future strategies

• Report directly to the Senior Marketing Project Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaigns with demonstrated program management skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities across various teams and stakeholder groups

• Familiarity with Salesforce Account Engagement, Power BI, and Asana

• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Capacity to oversee multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills

• Proactive mindset in identifying and addressing issues

• Proficiency in interpreting campaign data and performance indicators
