📋 Description

• Assist in implementing CHAI's market-shaping strategies across various programmatic areas, such as women's and newborn health as well as AI-supported diagnostics.

• Formulate market access strategies for commodities related to preeclampsia and maternal anemia in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).

• Create a market access strategy for AI-supported diagnostics, including AI-enabled point-of-care ultrasound technology.

• Conduct landscape assessments and analyze suppliers and distributors, including due diligence, market share, pricing, product development, regulatory timelines, manufacturing capacity, and access strategies.

• Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing suppliers and distributors.

• Generate demand forecasts and uptake models to guide access pricing strategies and supplier negotiations.

• Perform costing and impact analyses for various financing, procurement, and distribution models.

• Evaluate country-specific introduction and scale-up requirements, including costs, budget impacts, financing options, government adoption, and readiness planning.

• Create presentations, reports, investment cases, and other analyses; present findings to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with CHAI country teams, program initiatives, cross-cutting teams, donors, governments, suppliers, and global partners.

• Develop market analytics frameworks, tools, and templates, serving as a resource for market analytics across MST projects.

• Support business development efforts through proposal writing and engaging with donors.

• Maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders within CHAI and partner organizations.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as required by the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in a dynamic, results-driven environment (e.g., management consulting, industry, global health, government, or multilateral organizations).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modeling capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Competence in preparing engaging presentations and written reports, effectively presenting to internal and external stakeholders, including donors and senior-level individuals.

• Proven ability to think strategically, navigate ambiguity, and operate in a fast-paced, multicultural, remote setting.

• Capacity to effectively drive assigned workstreams through planning, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.

• Skill in building collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior-level individuals.

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Preference for candidates based in a CHAI program country, subject to approval from MST and country team leadership and the ability to obtain work authorization.
