Associate Manufacturing Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct Engineering Part Analyses (EPAs)

• Carry out Transition Design Reviews (TDRs)

• Determine export requirements

• Assess engineering drawings for content, notes, accuracy, legibility, and other significant observations

• Analyze the complexity of transitioning suppliers and pinpoint potential obstacles

• Research and implement source-controlled parts for compliant alternatives

• Track drawing updates and approvals using the PLM tool

• Ensure all data is compiled and prepared for presentation to the chief engineering team

• Confirm that EPA and TDR milestones are achieved

• Seek guidance from subject matter experts when necessary

• Provide project updates during regular internal meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

• 0-3 years of relevant professional experience

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting part drawings

• Understanding of engineering mechanics

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with or interest in the aerospace industry is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Effective team collaboration and organizational skills

• Ability to convey technical information clearly and simply

• Capability to function as part of a team in a technical project environment

• Must be self-driven and capable of innovative thinking

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory
