This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist project teams in achieving optimal reimbursement for client products.
• Contribute to project outputs using clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence to showcase treatment value to Canadian payers.
• Aid project leads in implementing strategic market access plans for national, provincial, and private payers.
• Support submissions to CADTH, INESSS, PMPRB, provincial agencies/programs, and private payers.
• Conduct background research, summarize findings, and critically evaluate literature and data sources.
• Help with reports and components of submission dossiers, including clinical landscape reviews, clinical summaries, budget impact models/reports, pharmacoeconomic evaluations, payer-specific documentation/forms, and pricing analyses/strategies.
• Monitor CADTH and INESSS submission guidelines and compile submission documents, templates, and forms.
• Develop and submit documentation to private payers and provincial entities.
• Prepare draft slide presentations for landscape reviews, CADTH/INESSS/private payers, pCPA, and advisory boards.
• Assist in creating negotiation tools for the pCPA and Product Listing Agreements.
• Conduct presentations internally and externally.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and Canadian payers.
• Participate in weekly client check-in calls and help with agendas and minutes.
• Lead defined-scope projects such as private payer submissions, provincial copies, biosimilar submissions, and targeted landscape reviews.
• Mentor Associates on submission setup, compilation, and document-upload/email processes.
• Monitor and analyze Canada's access and reimbursement landscape and provide client updates.
• Contribute to EVERSANA research for publication regarding pharmaceutical policy in Canada.
• Show commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A university degree in health services research, public health, epidemiology, economics, or pharmacy.
• A Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience on the Canadian Market Access & Pricing team.
• Proven ability to collaborate as part of project teams.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, prioritization, and project management abilities.
• Flexibility and the capacity to adapt rapidly to changing client needs and environmental shifts.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to manage conflicts constructively.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, along with presentation skills.
• Proficiency in business-level English is required.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communication in French is beneficial.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with the Canadian healthcare landscape, HTA, and Canadian private and public payers is preferred.
• Knowledge of the practical application of pharmacoeconomics in HTA reviews is preferred.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry market access is an asset.
• Must be capable of fulfilling the position's responsibilities successfully.
• Ability to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for extended periods, walk, talk, and hear; occasional lifting/moving of up to 25 pounds.

• 37.5 hours per week, with business hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday EST.
