This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +3 more countries.
• Establish, manage, and enhance standards and procedures for the Right to Information aspect of the EU Pay Directive.
• Collaborate with external partners and the Workplace Practices Team to ensure policy alignment, compliance, country-specific requirements, and legislative updates.
• Maintain alignment with the Total Rewards Philosophy and Global Pay Transparency initiatives.
• Oversee the Right to Information intake process for countries with finalized act transpositions and prepare data for system entry.
• Coordinate Right to Information services via ServiceNow in collaboration with the HR Technologies Team; document, program, and test requirements.
• Gather knowledge and communicate Right to Information updates to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and relevant managers.
• Prepare pay data through collection and analysis with local teams; scrub, organize, and ensure data accuracy.
• Act as the primary escalation point for technological issues related to Right to Information requests.
• Own and refine service metrics while disseminating key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure adherence to processes and take part in necessary annual reporting.
• Maintain awareness of local Equality Bodies and the implications of collectively bargained site operations.
• Collaborate with Human Resources Operations leadership on program updates and associated projects.
• Engage in COE Transformation initiatives and assist in process design.
• Sustain HR relationships to align deliverables with strategy and influence program outcomes.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience is required.
• At least 3+ years of experience in business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Stryker pay data and associated pay components.
• Proven success in leading projects and influencing individuals without formal authority.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume data collection and analysis.
• Proven ability to understand and formulate execution plans that align with strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Capability to influence decisions based on data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in effectively communicating with individuals across the organization, external advisors, and consultants, both in-person and virtually using Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
• Ability to review and generate large amounts of data.
• Self-motivated individual who can excel in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment.
• Exceptional organization, project management, and self-management capabilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain internal relationships with business units and across functions.
