Associate Manager, Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily status updates and ensure accurate documentation of all account activities during meetings.

• Create timelines and work on project estimates in partnership with Managers.

• Facilitate project workflows and guarantee that administrative tasks are performed precisely and promptly.

• Organize global steering committee meetings, including documentation, summaries, and tracking of action items.

• Manage the monthly global timesheet evaluations and reporting for resource management and financial oversight.

• Administer SharePoint sites, focusing on content governance, organization, and maintenance.

• Ensure team playbooks and operational documentation are kept up-to-date.

• Maintain logs of North American project case studies.

• Coordinate schedules, launch new projects, and assist with resource allocation.

• Aid in production activities across digital, print, video, and various other formats.

• Oversee daily client interactions and act as the primary contact for client inquiries.

• Identify challenges impacting project delivery or client satisfaction and implement solutions.

• Acquire knowledge of project management technologies and AI-enhanced tools.

• Investigate new technologies to enhance delivery efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable mix of education and relevant professional experience.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic environment.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Proactive and collaborative mindset towards problem-solving.

• Previous experience in a client-facing or agency environment is preferred, including internships, volunteer positions, campus leadership roles, or other relevant paid work experience.
