Associate Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio primarily consisting of passive clients, ensuring the consistent provision of TrueAccord’s services and upholding high levels of client satisfaction.

• Support Client Managers in the daily administration of account portfolios, which includes monitoring performance metrics and keeping documentation up to date.

• Generate regular reports, dashboards, and meeting materials for essential client check-ins, guaranteeing data integrity and uniformity.

• Serve as the primary contact for standard client inquiries, collaborating with the Client Manager to swiftly troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Collaborate with internal support teams to process requests and ensure that client deliverables adhere to established quality standards.

• Participate in training sessions, mentorship, and self-directed learning to enhance knowledge in debt collection, product features, and client strategies.

• Acquire knowledge about TrueAccord’s platform, product offerings, and client operational standards.

• Ensure operational effectiveness, data accuracy, and the timely fulfillment of daily client requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Entry-level experience in Client Success, Customer Support, Operations, or a related field.

• Familiarity with at least one of the following areas: Debt collections or Default Management.

• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, particularly in data entry and reporting.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to quickly learn complex software tools and internal platforms.

• A collaborative mindset with a desire to evolve into a more independent, client-facing role.
