Associate Lawyer – Legal Drafting/Enforcement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Examine freezes and restraints within the Sisbajud system and carry out the necessary tasks in the client’s system.

• Prepare, submit, and update internal systems with objections to judgment enforcement actions and motions to stay execution, including filing receipts.

• Create documents concerning proof of compliance, requests to reinstate procedural order, applications for the release of court-authorized funds, judgment enforcement activities, submissions on calculations, document filings, and responses to court orders, inclusive of filing and system updates.

• Occasionally perform calculations at various stages of the proceedings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed bachelor’s degree in Law.

• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/CE).

• A valid digital certificate.

• Experience in enforcement proceedings is advantageous.
