Associate Lawyer – Judicial Calculations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Preparation and revision of judicial calculations in line with court decisions and procedural guidelines

• Review of judgments and appellate rulings to determine applicable criteria for the calculations

• Verification and validation of computed amounts

• Updating internal systems and client platforms with finalized calculations

• Oversight and management of cases along with their respective deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (mandatory)

• Valid OAB (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil) registration

• Proven experience in preparing, analyzing, and verifying judicial calculations

• Familiarity with judgment quantification (liquidação de sentença), judgment enforcement (cumprimento de sentença), and updating monetary values

• Proficient in interpreting court decisions and accurately identifying calculation criteria

• Experience in mass litigation (high-volume litigation) is a plus
