Associate Inventory Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee inventory performance within one or more Operating Units to pinpoint risks, trends, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Evaluate inventory portfolios to aid in optimization efforts, including the reduction of consignment.

• Collaborate with Operating Unit teams and internal stakeholders to synchronize priorities and assist in consignment improvement initiatives.

• Create reports, presentations, and analyses utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Power BI.

• Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights for sales teams and internal stakeholders.

• Promote the use of MMX (Medtronic Mobility eXpress) as a self-service tool among field Sales Teams.

• Collect local market insights and standardize consignment-related processes throughout Northern Europe.

• Assist in inventory performance and optimization across Northern Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Power BI is highly beneficial.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proven experience in end-to-end project management, focusing on organization, accountability, negotiation, and successful execution.

• A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Preferred experience in inventory management, supply chain, business analysis, project management, or similar fields.

• Experience in a matrix or international organization is preferred.

• Experience in the MedTech industry is a significant advantage.
