Associate II, Process Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Act as the project leader for the implementation of regulatory procedures and initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Oversee departmental training, establish communication protocols, and facilitate in-service programs.

• Aid in the management of suspect products, encompassing investigation, documentation, product release, and final disposition.

• Address collections-related issues via the problem management system.

• Participate in root cause analysis meetings and visit blood drives or collection sites to evaluate compliance and standardization.

• Answer procedural inquiries from staff at blood drives and during on-call shifts.

• Handle customer complaints, material review board reports, and reports on deficiencies related to supplies and equipment.

• Ensure that reports are accurate, thorough, clear, and succinct.

• Develop, execute, and monitor initiatives for process and quality improvement.

• Assist with internal and external inspections/evaluations and protocols for staff training.

• Ensure adherence to regulations and address any regulatory concerns.

• Engage in cross-functional teams that support communications, problem management, and process enhancement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.

• A minimum of 3 years of related experience is required.

• Supervisory experience is preferred.

• Training in System 11 is preferred.

• Exceptional organizational skills are essential.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficient in analyzing problems, recommending suitable solutions, and swiftly assimilating information.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Some travel may be necessary.
