Associate II – ECC Enterprise Support, Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Engage with donors and volunteers via phone, email, chat, text, and social media platforms.

• Guide and mentor individuals and teams throughout their fundraising experiences, focusing on goal-setting, motivation, and celebrating milestones.

• Address concerns, respond to inquiries, and ensure an optimal experience for donors.

• Inform supporters about the impact of St. Jude and motivate participation through events, campaigns, and donation opportunities.

• Deliver culturally appropriate support and communication in Spanish to both donors and volunteers.

• Assess feedback, recognize opportunities for enhancement, and share insights to improve donor engagement.

• Thrive in a dynamic work environment that may require availability during evenings, weekends, and peak fundraising times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or call center settings.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is essential.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities across various channels including phone, email, chat, text, and social media.

• Exceptional multitasking, time management, and organizational capabilities.

• Familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media applications.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a mission-oriented team.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
