F&I Specialist – Bilingual, Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on individual training sessions to dealer partners.

• Relay strengths and potential areas for improvement to dealership and JM&A leadership teams.

• Build meaningful and deep connections with dealer partners through the JM&A value proposition.

• Engage in self-directed professional development and take responsibility for personal growth.

• Evolve into a leadership role within the assigned territory.

• Undergo comprehensive training facilitated by a dedicated Development Manager and Field Sales leadership team.

• Primarily operate in Zone 11, encompassing Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, and Puerto Rico.

• Travel extensively across the nation, with 100% travel requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a full-time primary F&I Manager.

• Additional experience in dealership Variable Operations is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory for this role due to business needs in the designated territory.

• Must be willing and able to travel nationwide with 100% travel commitment.

• Open to relocating anywhere in the country upon promotion.

• A strong passion and interest in the automotive industry.

• Capability to engage in tactical work while understanding its broader implications.

• Currently residing within Zone 11.

• Required to execute a Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement.

• Subject to the Safe Driver Program and monitoring of Motor Vehicle Records.
