Service Desk Agent, Bilingual – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Deliver first-level support through chat, phone, and ticketing systems

• Conduct remote access sessions

• Verify user records

• Offer basic instructions on system access and usability

• Generate and oversee tickets

• Execute password resets

• Set up authenticators

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma

• Proficiency in Spanish

• Prior experience in IT or customer service via telephone

• Willingness to work from 6:00 a.m. to 12:20 p.m., Monday to Saturday
