This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable HR partner for managers and directors.
• Offer advice on recruitment, leadership development, teammate growth and training, performance management, compensation, career and succession planning, workforce analytics, regulatory compliance, job architecture, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR centers of excellence to address organizational challenges.
• Support the teammate lifecycle through engagement, training and development, separation documentation, and engagement surveys.
• Manage salary administration programs to ensure compliance and equity across the organization.
• Assist with the administration of bonus programs as needed.
• Contribute to workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and job and career framework initiatives utilizing data, insights, and recommendations.
• Investigate and resolve escalated teammate inquiries that require HRBP guidance.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to uncover opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
• Serve as a change partner for business leaders.
• Design and deliver training sessions in collaboration with HR teams.
• Provide project management assistance to the HRBP team.
• Familiarity with best practice HR operating models.
• Proven success in effectively utilizing shared services and technology.
• Commitment to continuous learning about the business, healthcare industry trends, and HR developments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with leaders at all organizational levels.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and priorities.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• High level of integrity, including the ability to maintain confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 4 years of human resources experience, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in generalist roles, talent development, or employee relations is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Oracle is a plus.
• Knowledge of Kronos is a plus.
