This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.
• Establish and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers.
• Enhance profitability and grow existing accounts by promoting ICU Medical products and extending relationships to new accounts.
• Achieve territory sales objectives and oversee the CRM pipeline for ICU Medical products and services.
• Deliver masterful presentations and convey technical product knowledge along with pertinent FDA, CDC, SHEA, INS, ONS, and ASHP guidelines to hospital clinicians.
• Position ICU Medical offerings competitively against rival products as a clinical expert and consultative problem solver.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of assigned territories, customers, contracts, pumps, solutions, and distribution models.
• Carry out product demonstrations and facilitate customer meetings.
• Collaborate with sales teams and managers to synchronize sales initiatives with company and regional objectives.
• Assist field sales with customer communications concerning backorders, allocations, pricing, and contracts.
• Complete special projects and participate in team, regional, and office-hours calls.
• Travel outside the territory monthly to support education, go-lives, implementations, and assessments.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is mandatory.
• Must comply with all current credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, to perform essential duties at customer locations.
• A valid driver’s license is required, and compliance with the Authorized Driver Policy is necessary.
• Travel is typically required for more than 50% of the time.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and professional, capable of performing duties independently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong presentation skills are a must.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask are required.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities is necessary.
• Comprehensive training and practical experience are provided.
• Potential for promotion to a field-based Sales Representative role within 12–18 months, subject to performance, business needs, and territory availability.
