Associate Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain both hardware and software products primarily at customer locations.

• Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance within a designated territory.

• Examine products for proper functionality, address issues, or escalate them in accordance with set procedures.

• Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions using diagnostic tools and thorough analysis.

• Execute component-level hardware repairs and make adjustments to mechanical parts.

• Set up and install relevant software applications.

• Manage the installation, relocation, addition, modification, and removal of hardware and software products (IMAC/R).

• Educate customers on the operation and usage of the installed hardware and software.

• Fulfill service schedules and necessary documentation while ensuring customer satisfaction and comprehension of the product.

• Engage in training for hardware and software, participate in KPI initiatives, and contribute to special projects.

• Open to new graduates.

• Required education or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 1–2 years of related Field Services experience or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
