This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software products, primarily at customer locations.
• Conduct scheduled inspections, cleaning, and various other services.
• Execute minor repairs of products within a designated area.
• Examine products to ensure proper functioning and address or escalate issues in accordance with established protocols.
• Arrange services and complete necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with customers to guarantee their satisfaction and comprehension of product features.
• Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions using diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out component-level repairs on hardware.
• Clean and adjust mechanical parts as needed.
• Set up and install relevant software.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections.
• Replenish consumables as instructed.
• Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products.
• Educate and train customers on the usage of installed hardware and software.
• Engage in regular training sessions for hardware and software.
• Contribute to efforts aimed at achieving specified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support special projects as assigned.
• Education or equivalent work experience is mandatory.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience in Field Services.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet standards.
