Associate Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Install, troubleshoot, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations.

• Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs within a designated territory.

• Evaluate products for proper operation and address issues or escalate them according to predefined protocols.

• Organize service appointments and complete necessary documentation.

• Collaborate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and comprehension of product functionalities.

• Diagnose hardware and software failures using appropriate diagnostic tools.

• Execute component-level hardware repairs and make adjustments to mechanical parts.

• Set up and install relevant software.

• Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products.

• Educate customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software.

• Engage in hardware and software training, KPI initiatives, and special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background or equivalent work experience is required.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a comparable mix of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets DN's fleet standards.
