Associate Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software products and components primarily on client locations.

• Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.

• Examine products to ensure proper functionality and address or escalate issues following established protocols.

• Diagnose hardware and software failures utilizing diagnostic tools.

• Execute repairs at the component level for hardware.

• Clean and calibrate mechanical components as needed.

• Set up and install relevant software applications.

• Replenish consumables as instructed.

• Install, relocate, upgrade, and remove hardware and software solutions.

• Educate and instruct clients on the operation and use of installed hardware and software.

• Schedule services, complete necessary documentation, and collaborate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and comprehension of product features.

• Engage in training for hardware and software, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) initiatives, and special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required education or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a suitable combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet criteria.
