Associate Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Complete and successfully finish assigned training tasks related to designated products and responsibilities.

• Execute high-quality installation, repair, and maintenance on mass spectrometry instruments.

• Manage escalation and critical calls effectively.

• Uphold a customer-focused approach at all times.

• Be a part of the Western Service Team based in Goa and report directly to the Service Manager in Mumbai.

• Travel for overnight or outstation assignments with minimal notice when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience with instruments such as GC, HPLC, and Mass Spectrometers is required.

• Comprehensive understanding of analytical instrumentation services, particularly in mass spectrometry, along with experience related to Mass Spec and HPLC.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.

• Fluency in English is essential, both in writing and verbally.

• Must have the ability and willingness to travel for overnight or outstation calls on short notice, if needed.

• Capability to lift, move, or carry equipment, along with any other necessary physical requirements.
