This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement strategic marketing plans aimed at driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and promoting therapy adoption.
• Deliver customer, market, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies and product launches.
• Oversee targeted campaigns while ensuring consistent messaging and positioning of therapies and products.
• Collaborate across departments on commercial growth initiatives and the execution of launches.
• Spearhead educational initiatives for patients and providers regarding Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) and Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) therapies.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, strategic accounts, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing speaker programs, customer events, case reviews, and regional marketing efforts.
• Engage in both regional and national sales and marketing meetings.
• Provide sales teams with necessary tools, resources, and training.
• Support commercial platforms, National Sales Meeting initiatives, conferences, and customer engagement activities.
• Plan, execute, assess, and enhance regional marketing programs and patient activation efforts.
• Manage programs for physicians, patients, referrals, and advocacy.
• Analyze sales, customer, and market data utilizing Salesforce and Power BI.
• Convert insights into actionable recommendations to enhance targeting, reporting, and commercial processes.
• Collect customer and market insights through field engagement, research, and participation in industry events.
• Work in collaboration with Marketing, Professional Education, HE&R, Regulatory, Clinical, Product Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Ensure that all activities adhere to Abbott policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in chronic pain therapies, reimbursement, and neuromodulation trends.
• Willing to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, Neuroscience, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of four years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, or a similar field.
• Background in sales, marketing, clinical support, training, market development, or other customer-facing commercial roles, ideally within chronic pain neuromodulation.
• Familiarity with SCS and other chronic pain therapies.
• Experience supporting medical devices or healthcare technologies.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, AcuityMD, or comparable business tools.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities within a matrixed environment.
• Preparedness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
