This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aimed at driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and promoting therapy adoption.
• Provide insights regarding customers, market trends, and competitors to inform marketing strategies and product launches.
• Lead focused campaigns while ensuring consistent messaging and positioning for therapies and products.
• Collaborate across departments on initiatives for commercial growth and execution of product launches.
• Direct educational initiatives for patients and providers concerning Spinal Cord Stimulation and Dorsal Root Ganglion therapies.
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, strategic accounts, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Assist with speaker programs, customer events, case reviews, and regional marketing efforts.
• Engage in regional and national sales and marketing meetings.
• Equip sales teams with necessary tools, resources, and training.
• Support various commercial platforms, initiatives for the National Sales Meeting, conferences, and customer engagement efforts.
• Design, implement, evaluate, and refine regional marketing programs and patient activation efforts.
• Oversee programs for physicians, patients, referrals, and advocacy.
• Analyze sales, customer, and market data utilizing Salesforce and Power BI.
• Convert insights into actionable recommendations to enhance targeting, reporting, and commercial processes.
• Collect customer and market insights through field engagement, research, and attendance at industry events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Education, HE&R, Regulatory, Clinical, Product Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Ensure compliance of activities with Abbott policies and relevant regulatory standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in chronic pain therapies, reimbursement issues, and neuromodulation trends.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, Neuroscience, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of four years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, or a similar sector.
• Background in sales, marketing, clinical support, training, market development, or other customer-facing commercial roles, particularly in chronic pain neuromodulation.
• Familiarity with SCS and other chronic pain therapies.
• Experience in supporting medical devices or healthcare technologies.
• Strong skills in project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, AcuityMD, or comparable business tools.
• Self-driven, customer-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.
