This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and launch verified cross-functional AI agents, skills, and Glean projects that facilitate workflows across various business units.
• Take ownership of verified artifacts as products with a well-defined scope, incorporating feedback loops, version control, and update strategies.
• Set and uphold verification standards, quality benchmarks, launch criteria, monitoring processes, and post-launch evaluations.
• Design and conduct assessments utilizing actual user intents while measuring fallback and error rates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-level agent failures and escalate legitimate product gaps with reproducible examples.
• Perform workflow discovery across WWE, UFC, IMG, PBR, On Location, and corporate departments.
• Identify reusable capabilities beneath local requests and prioritize elements that should reside in the verified core.
• Keep a current overview of workflow coverage and advance proven business-unit patterns into the core.
• Create and maintain a library of templates, examples, and reference materials.
• Facilitate hands-on agent-building workshops and transfer knowledge to business teams.
• Design and provide practical agent-building training along with hand materials for the change and enablement team.
• Prepare Wave 2 starter agents, illustrative examples, and role-specific foundational content.
• Maintain transparency regarding the verified-core roadmap and prioritize demands.
• Issue weekly written reports, keep action logs, and highlight risks proactively.
• Within the first 90 days, deliver verified artifacts, map workflows, conduct training cohorts, establish ownership and monitoring, and integrate a business-unit agent into the verified core.
• A proven portfolio of AI agents, assistants, or automations that you have personally developed and deployed into production for others.
• Capability to analyze actual business workflows and convert them into technical solutions.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with at least one enterprise AI platform such as Glean, Copilot, Claude, Agentforce, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in prompt and instruction design, retrieval and permissions behavior, and wiring tools and actions.
• Skill in designing and executing evaluations using real user-intent test sets, success metrics, and measurements of fallback and error rates.
• Ability to identify causes of agent failure related to retrieval, permissions, instructions, source coverage, and intent scope.
• Experience in teaching others how to build through training, enablement sessions, office hours, or a documented pattern library.
• Sound judgment while working across independent business units or divisions.
• Evidence of developing reusable, supported capabilities, shared components, templates, or platform assets.
• Must be based in the United States and capable of working a full East Coast business day.
• Preferred: Experience in owning enterprise tool adoption and usage results.
• Preferred: Background in business analysis, process mapping, or solutions consulting.
• Preferred: Experience in demand intake and prioritization across multiple business units.
• Preferred: Knowledge of AI governance.
• Preferred: Program management skills.
• Preferred: Experience in strategic vendor relationships.
• Preferred: Background in enablement or change management.
• Preferred: Familiarity with multi-brand or federated operating environments.
