This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage continuously with a portfolio of clients to enhance the use of the BioCatch Behavioral Biometric solution, fostering positive business outcomes.
• Establish the strategic trajectory for customers post-sales and collaborate closely to address challenges together.
• Collaborate with Threat Analysts and Solutions Engineers to deliver consultative solutions to executives and business owners.
• Mitigate risks associated with the effectiveness of the BioCatch solution for key customers.
• Serve as the primary contact for consulting, incident reporting, and customer escalations.
• Work alongside BioCatch Support, Solution Engineering, Threat Analyst, and Data Scientist teams.
• Oversee project coordination to ensure compliance with timelines.
• Create and update technology-delivery project plans that forecast timelines, resource requirements, and task responsibilities.
• Relay customer expectations to Solution Engineering and Threat Analyst teams during project execution.
• Guide project teams through customer challenges by identifying solutions, implementing plans, and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Organize and lead regular meetings with customers to provide updates on product releases and collect feedback on the product roadmap.
• Advocate for customers within internal Solutions, R&D, Products, and Engineering teams.
• Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews to customer business leaders.
• Offer periodic updates on customer status and KPIs to internal stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in post-sales account management or program management in the cybersecurity, fraud prevention, payments, or technology sectors with leading clients.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Strong candidates with degrees in other fields may also be considered.
• Relevant additional work experience may substitute for educational qualifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and strict adherence to deadlines, with the ability to work within a structured framework and achieve results.
• Capability to thrive in a team setting by seeking input and feedback from others.
• Proficient in managing conflicts effectively.
• Ability to perform well under pressure, demonstrating purpose, drive, motivation, coachability, competitiveness, curiosity, accountability, and integrity.
• A positive demeanor and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Familiarity with automation processes and AI optimization.
• Experience with tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, ANT agent, Microsoft Power Automate, Snowflake, Claude, and Copilot is a plus.
