Associate Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a cultural advocate for ERPA’s fundamental values: Empathy, Responsibility, Passion, and Agility

• Serve as the primary liaison between consultants and clients

• Manage multiple Workday engagements simultaneously

• Ensure projects adhere to the established Statement of Work, milestones, and budgetary goals

• Assess and communicate project health

• Track risks, issues, and escalations

• Assist in providing status updates and customer governance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

• Support work assignments and resource management for AMS and Phase X projects

• Guarantee outstanding customer satisfaction and referenceability

• Aid Engagement Managers with implementations, AMS, and Phase X initiatives

• Contribute to the advancement of ERPA’s Workday practice

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing Workday implementations, AMS, and Phase X projects in collaboration with a Workday partner

• Experience in managing Workday projects specifically for higher education or public sector clients is highly preferred

• Current Workday EM/PM certification is mandatory for the duration of employment with ERPA

• Quick learner of new systems, including JIRA, ServiceNow, and Salesforce

• Prior experience in managing projects with Smartsheet

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proactive in ensuring alignment among customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting

• Must possess legal authorization to work full-time in the United States
