Associate eCOA Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide oversight for project management from maintenance to the decommissioning of eCOA.

• Supervise deliverables, timelines, and ensure completion of tasks in accordance with Worldwide SOP standards.

• Analyze study trends and collaborate with eCOA vendors and study teams to fulfill study-specific needs.

• Relay eCOA project activities to both internal and sponsor study teams.

• Act as the escalation contact for any project-related issues concerning assigned eCOA studies.

• Organize timely communication regarding projects, which includes status reports, agendas, minutes, and project calls.

• Assess the overall eCOA study design and authorize User Requirements Specifications for post-launch changes in scope.

• Create, review, and sanction site, support, and helpdesk documentation.

• Conduct financial evaluations and manage budgets, including overseeing Change Orders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a degree in a relevant field or demonstrate equivalent experience.

• Have at least 1 year of experience in eCOA and clinical trials.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management.

• Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or the pharmaceutical industry is essential.

• Proven knowledge of the operational aspects of Phase I-IV clinical research trials.

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Familiar with eCOA topics, including designs and scales.

• Strong client-facing abilities.

• Competent in common office software applications.

• Excellent skills in project management.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

• Capability to manage time effectively across various time zones.
