Associate Director, Value and Evidence Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary client liaison on a daily basis across various engagements, establishing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Facilitate client meetings and executive discussions, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

• Recognize opportunities to broaden project scope and enhance long-term client relationships.

• Manage projects focused on pricing strategy, market access, reimbursement, payer strategy, evidence generation, launch planning, and portfolio optimization.

• Offer guidance to clients throughout the product lifecycle, from pre-launch to lifecycle management and competitive differentiation.

• Convert market dynamics, payer needs, and policy trends into strategic, actionable advice.

• Supervise multiple simultaneous projects, including planning, staffing, budgeting, risk management, and financial outcomes.

• Direct work plans, analytical frameworks, and client deliverables.

• Distill complex qualitative and quantitative information into straightforward, actionable recommendations.

• Mentor and cultivate the skills of Consultants, Associate Consultants, Senior Analysts, and Analysts.

• Promote a high-performance, collaborative team environment.

• Assist in performance management, career growth, and recruitment efforts.

• Contribute to proposals, pitches, and opportunities for account expansion.

• Advance thought leadership through publications, conferences, and internal capability development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Economics, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in management consulting, pharmaceutical strategy, market access, pricing, or commercialization.

• Demonstrated success in leading client-facing consulting projects and managing project teams.

• Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement, and market access dynamics (both US and/or global).

• Strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and experience with project budgeting.

• Proven coaching and leadership abilities.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

• Comfortable working in a global, cross-cultural setting.
