This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee operational demand and capacity planning for Intismeran.
• Create projections for patient volumes, define manufacturing demand assumptions, develop network capacity plans, and outline business scenarios to ensure launch readiness, commercialization, and future growth.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Precision Medicine, alliance stakeholders, and external partners to synchronize projected demand with manufacturing capacity and operational preparedness.
• Identify operational risks and propose strategies for mitigation.
• Establish and sustain capabilities for capacity planning and scenario modeling.
• Evaluate the effects of fluctuating demand, treatment site expansions, manufacturing limitations, and operational capacity on treatment completion and business outcomes.
• Set up and manage the operational intelligence framework for the Intismeran treatment pathway.
• Develop performance dashboards, operational KPIs, demand and capacity models, executive reporting, and control tower analytics.
• Convert operational, logistics, manufacturing, customer, and market data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead the processes for operational performance management and business reviews.
• Assess demand-plan assumptions, capacity utilization, treatment completion rates, operational cycle times, partner effectiveness, and overall ecosystem performance.
• Promote operational excellence and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Utilize analytics and predictive insights to enhance planning, optimize capacity, improve efficiency, mitigate risks, and facilitate scalability.
• Engage cross-functionally with Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Precision Medicine, Patient Support Programs, alliance partners, and external collaborators.
• Report directly to the Director of Individualized Therapy Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent (BA/BS).
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors, including a background in supporting commercial teams with operational planning, capacity planning, analytics, or treatment operations.
• Proven experience in leading operational planning, capacity planning, demand planning, business analytics, or operational excellence initiatives across various internal functions and external partners.
• Experience in developing and managing operational performance frameworks, which include KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, business reviews, performance metrics, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate intricate operational, manufacturing, customer, and market data into actionable business insights and strategic directives.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in identifying operational risks, assessing tradeoffs, and crafting data-driven recommendations in complex scenarios.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to influence others without direct authority and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Proficiency in managing ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and executing in dynamic launch, growth, or transformation settings.
• Preferred: MBA or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience in commercializing complex therapies, such as cell therapy, gene therapy, radioligand therapy, or other highly coordinated treatment models.
• Preferred: Background in manufacturing planning, demand planning, integrated business planning, S&OP, supply chain operations, or capacity management.
• Preferred: Experience in developing operational intelligence capabilities, including dashboards, executive reporting, KPI frameworks, business reviews, or systems for measuring operational performance.
