This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop, implement, and uphold accountability for interactions and feedback with national and regional external experts in oncology hematology.
• Ensure that the perspectives of external experts are consistently communicated and considered throughout leadership and the Integrated Brand Team.
• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing consultancy agreements.
• Engage in congress-related activities at a national level, including the support and execution of ongoing strategies and tactics for thought leaders.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, medical affairs, legal, compliance, managed care, agencies, and co-marketing colleagues.
• Work alongside brand teams to ensure the speaker bureau is adequately staffed, trained, and aligned with educational requirements.
• Design and implement national and regional advisory boards in collaboration with brand teams and co-promotion partners.
• Develop, refine, and carry out the Venclexta External Expert Engagement strategy.
• Contribute to the formation of regional strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams and provide support to the Marketing Team and the overall franchise.
• Lead without direct authority and foster a collaborative, integrated commercial team environment.
• Support Venclexta across the Southern territory.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Prior experience in hematology is essential.
• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, collaboration, and data discussion skills are necessary.
• A proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing qualitative and/or quantitative objectives is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial issues within the highly competitive oncology therapeutic area is essential.
• Ability to effectively work while traveling and delivering timely results.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or biotech industry, specifically in oncology (preferred).
• Previous experience with hematology thought leaders and demonstrated access to key accounts (preferred).
• Experience in developing productive insight collection activities with top-tier External Experts (preferred).
• Prior field management, marketing, or commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry (preferred).
• Healthcare certification/qualification such as APP, RN, RPh, or others (preferred).
• An advanced degree in life sciences is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the Oncology market is preferred.
• Experience with product launches in pharmaceutical marketing or sales is preferred.
• Ability to reside within the territory, in reasonable proximity to a major airport.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 75% of the time.
