This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Report to the Head of Intelligence
• Take charge of high-value projects and client programs for both global and national brands
• Oversee high-value client programs from start to finish, including delivery, briefs, and budgeting
• Serve as a trusted senior partner to clients, identifying opportunities to expand account scope
• Lead projects focused on social listening, trends, and audience insights
• Manage insights projects from research design and analysis through visualization and delivery
• Supervise junior team members, ensuring the quality of team deliverables
• Spearhead new business pitches for the Insights team and independently deliver proposals
• Collaborate with the Head of Intelligence and Client Services to contribute to and lead proposals and scopes
• Identify commercial growth opportunities and upsell work
• Coach and mentor junior team members
• Cultivate strategic relationships throughout the agency
• Represent the agency in trade press, supported blogs, conferences, and networking events
• Proactively recommend new reading materials, techniques, and tools to foster innovation and learning
• Potentially provide line management responsibilities
• Strong background in social and other insights tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Talkwalker, Brandwatch)
• Experience with Global Web Index or similar platforms is advantageous
• Demonstrated commercial experience, including upselling services and scoping/resourcing projects
• Line management experience is essential
• Ideally, experience in innovating your own products or solutions
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Well-developed storytelling abilities
• Confidence in presenting your work and coaching others in their presentations
• A curious and proactive mindset with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, independently, and with self-motivation
• Proficient in Microsoft/Google Suite, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel
• Extensive experience in a senior social intelligence role
• Agency experience: social or integrated, with familiarity with agency operations
• Experience working with multi-market clients
• Bonus: experience in automotive, financial services, retail, or travel accounts
• Remote working (with occasional travel for team and client meetings)
