This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.
• Create and present comprehensive social strategies and integrated campaigns to clients.
• Direct annual and quarterly social planning that aligns with client objectives, product launches, and seasonal focuses.
• Act as the primary strategic lead for significant client accounts on a daily basis.
• Provide briefs, approvals, feedback, and supervision to ensure consistent output and progress.
• Formulate measurement plans that include KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting frameworks.
• Track campaign performance and offer reporting, recaps, and case studies.
• Stay informed about social platform trends and advancements, including AI, VR/AR, and new formats.
• Share agency perspectives internally and with clients.
• Introduce innovative concepts to clients and agency partners.
• Collaborate on content calendars, campaigns, community management, and influencer initiatives.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to Social Media Managers, Strategists, and Content Creators.
• Oversee team performance and encourage professional growth.
• Proactively assist clients through platform insights and creative suggestions.
• Work cross-functionally with creative, media, and account teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in social media strategy, with a strong preference for agency or reputable brand experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in people management is required.
• Demonstrated experience in creating social strategies, managing campaigns across various platforms, and reporting on outcomes.
• Familiarity with social planning, listening, and reporting tools such as Sprinklr, Meltwater, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Helixa, Upfluence, and Mavrck.
• Experience in developing and implementing influencer marketing initiatives.
• Proven track record of client-facing presentations and relationship management.
• In-depth understanding of major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, X, and Pinterest.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to craft clear, insight-driven briefs, strategic frameworks, and client-facing narratives.
• Proficient in interpreting performance data and converting it into strategic recommendations.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on follow-through and managing deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks at once.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with leadership and clients.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding business matters and employee privacy.
